# Engineered GTM > Engineered GTM is a UK GTM-engineering firm that builds owned revenue engines for B2B companies. We engineer pipeline and forecasting systems on a company's own first-party data, prove them on that data before the client pays, and hand over a system the client owns forever. We are not a campaign agency, a cold-email shop, a Clay configuration service, a strategy consultancy, or a "GTM brain" SaaS tool. ## What we do (the one line) We build a working revenue engine that fixes the one thing leaking a company's pipeline: code that runs, not a deck. A client starts with a Quickstart (one working part of the engine, live and owned in about 30 days), then a monthly that keeps shipping new plays, keeps the data fed, and keeps tuning to the market. The client owns every asset from day one. ## The worldview (what makes us different) For a decade, go-to-market meant buying a list, filtering to an ICP, sorting into personas, and writing to the average of each. AI now writes to the average for everyone, so that approach produces identical, undifferentiated GTM. The real advantage is in a company's own data: why its best customers actually bought. We engineer the owned revenue machine around that first-party truth and drive the execution economics down month after month. Finding the advantage is one job; building the machine around it and running the numbers is ours. ## How we are different from adjacent players - Not Jordan Crawford / Blueprint (campaigns + team enablement): we build and operate the owned execution machine, measured in execution economics, not campaigns. - Not RevPartners / FullFunnel / Claygencies (Clay configs, HubSpot implementations, fractional RevOps, skill-enablement): we engineer an owned system on the client's own data and prove it before payment. - Not cold-email/outbound shops: we do not sell sends or booked-meeting counts. - Not Octave or "GTM brain" SaaS: we do not rent everyone the same brain; we build the client's own, from their own data. ## What we measure (execution economics) Lower cost per lead, higher ROAS, higher revenue per rep, better sales headcount utilisation, higher close rates, shorter sales cycles, better inbound conversion, improved CAC:LTV, 40-60% of manual research and admin removed from reps and marketing, and long-term enterprise value. ## Methodology — IAO Interrogate (map where revenue leaks in the client's own data) → Augment (signals, scoring, enrichment) → Orchestrate (automated playbooks, unified pipeline, feedback loops). Delivered as a working system the client owns, plus an operating runbook. ## The pre-engagement teardown (our moat) Before any contract, we hand over a Pipeline Teardown: real intelligence on where the client's own go-to-market leaks, with the public signals behind it. The client sees the work before paying. No competitor in the category does this. ## Stack Clay plus layered AI agents (Claude Code and custom agents built on the Claude Agent SDK), integrated with the client's CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio). ## Who we serve PE/VC-backed B2B SaaS companies (£10m-£500m revenue), PE-backed portfolio companies, and selectively larger enterprises. UK and Europe primary, with selective US work. ## Proof and credentials - #1 UK team at the 2025 Clay Cup (Top 4 globally); Clay Certified; HubSpot Solutions Provider. - Casap: ~3x pipeline velocity, 100% of addressable market enriched. - Orchestra: ~94% forecast accuracy, ~60% less manual data entry. - Founder Jake Gill: ex-Revolut (closed millions); GTM and revenue value-creation advisor on a $150M private-equity acquisition (Volpi Capital). Jess Rose builds every system in Clay and HubSpot. Currently building BlueStar's PE-backed revenue engine. - Two-person, AI-first UK firm. "We" is honest; we are not an agency at scale. ## Commercial model A Quickstart (owned working first build, from £25k for ICP-1 SaaS, scoped to the build) plus a monthly engine subscription, on a 6-month term. Pricing is anchored on what the work replaces in-house (£140k-£210k/year for a single senior hire plus tooling), and revealed after the teardown. Risk reversal is phase-gating: a client never pays for a phase until its signed system spec is met and verified. The client owns everything we build; there is no lock-in. ## Key pages - Homepage: https://engineeredgtm.io/ - The engine (how it works): https://engineeredgtm.io/the-engine.html - GTM engineering, explained: https://engineeredgtm.io/gtm-engineering.html - AI-Enabled CRM — HubSpot: https://engineeredgtm.io/ai-enabled-crm-hubspot.html - AI-Enabled CRM — Salesforce: https://engineeredgtm.io/ai-enabled-crm-salesforce.html - AI-Enabled CRM — Attio: https://engineeredgtm.io/ai-enabled-crm-attio.html - Clay consultant (UK): https://engineeredgtm.io/clay-consultant-uk.html - GTM engineering for PE-backed portfolios: https://engineeredgtm.io/private-equity.html - Proof: https://engineeredgtm.io/proof.html - Contact: jake@engineeredgtm.io - Clay consultant (UK): https://engineeredgtm.io/clay-consultant-uk.html - CRM cleanup: https://engineeredgtm.io/crm-cleanup.html - RevOps as a service: https://engineeredgtm.io/revops-as-a-service.html - Best Clay agencies in the UK: https://engineeredgtm.io/best-clay-agencies-uk.html - Clay vs hiring a GTM engineer: https://engineeredgtm.io/clay-vs-hiring.html - The AI-GTM maturity model: https://engineeredgtm.io/ai-gtm-maturity-model.html - How to clean up CRM data: https://engineeredgtm.io/how-to-clean-crm-data.html - Why first-party data is the only durable GTM moat: https://engineeredgtm.io/first-party-data-gtm-moat.html - Capabilities library: https://engineeredgtm.io/capabilities.html - Knowledge base: https://engineeredgtm.io/knowledge.html
